The first month of 2024 brought three new features to the dashboard. Our team has been working hard to develop major improvements, from revamped pricing to enhanced reporting and an all-new Amazon FBA appointments feature.

Built-in better pricing

We've taken a significant step in revising our pricing strategy, reducing LTL rates by 10% and Same-Day Local pricing by up to 50%. This pricing overhaul is part of a broader strategy to contrast the trend of rising rates in the logistics industry. By incorporating these changes, we renew our commitment to using technology for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

The first pallet now starts at $45, offering an 8% discount, and additional pallets are priced at just $15, reflecting a 25% discount. We've also adjusted the mileage rate to an average of $1.44 with FSC, a 30% discount. Learn more about our dynamic pricing in this article.

This move is not just about cost-saving; it's about adding value to every shipment. That’s why we’ve also introduced $7,500 in free premium FreightProtect cargo coverage for every shipment. This feature ensures rapid reimbursement for damage or loss claims, typically within 24 hours, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Easy FBA appointment scheduling

Our new Fulfillment by Amazon Delivery Appointments feature is designed to simplify direct deliveries to Amazon locations. It enables fast and straightforward appointment scheduling in as little as one business day for an additional fee of just $25. This feature is a game-changer for businesses looking to streamline their e-commerce operations.

Jon Rappaport, Principal Product Manager, explains the impact of this feature: "With our latest Amazon Appointment feature, we now offer customers seamless access to Amazon fulfillment centers, streamlining delivery processes." 

We made this feature possible by securing special access to deliver straight to Amazon’s FBA centers, a service only available through an exclusive group of carriers. This addition exemplifies our focus on integrating cutting-edge logistics solutions with major e-commerce platforms, providing our clients a competitive edge in the market.

Advanced CSV reporting for customized data management

The new Document workflows feature supports mid and enterprise-level shippers tasked with managing a high volume of shipment documents. Now, it’s easier than ever to create and schedule custom reports. The Document workflows feature includes key shipment documents, including: 

  • Bills of Lading 
  • Delivery Receipts
  • Invoices
  • Inspection reports.

Accounting teams love how this feature enables frictionless integration with various internal ERP systems. The CSV file format is ideal for these shippers, as it allows for efficient data consolidation, making it easily readable and suitable for integration with billing and AP software providers. Available file formats include:

  • A zip file with individual PDFs (fewer emails, faster sends)
  • Individual PDFs (ideal for accounting integrations, sent in many emails)
  • CSV file (overview of all invoices in one file)
